Megastar podcaster Joe Rogan has revealed his secrets for staying so young.

In a recent podcast for Andrew Schulz, the UFC commentator talks about his supplements, TRT and Peptides.

The big results come from testosterone replacement [TRT], so there’s that, and then there are peptides that increase your body’s ability to release hormones like HGH and IGF-1 [Insulin-like growth factor 1] and all.”

He proceeds to mention BPC-157, ipamorelin, thymosin as substances that make his body produce the hormones that it had in optimal levels when he was younger.

Of course, he underlined that without regular exercise, all this would be pointless.

Regular exercise is the biggest thing. If there’s ever one thing that someone can do to stop aging is to lift weights and don’t stop.”

He promotes the idea that you have to train your body and your mind to get accustomed to the idea that in order to survive it has to lift heavy things, and get sufficient nutrients.

Not too heavy where you get hurt, but enough to keep your tissue, your tonus. With age, you lose your ability to perform even the simplest tasks, such as climbing stairs or walking.

The only way to counteract that is by lifting weights, or at least doing some bodyweight exercises, such as body squats, push-ups, chin-ups, etc.
