The painless way to inject AAS
The number 1 reason why many enhanced athletes are afraid of pinning Testosterone and other injectable anabolics is PAIN. They are afraid of the pain that comes the intramuscular injection as well as the pain that stays after the injection (PIP).
Even though the pain of an injection varies depending on the thickness of the needle, the injection site, the injection technique and the compound itself, there is one way to make the injection of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids virtually painless…
If you have injected peptides in the past, you know that subcutaneous injections are almost painless when executed properly. Well, AAS can also be injected subcutaneously, but there are some guidelines you must follow to do so properly.
Intramuscular injections allow for a large volume of oil (in which the steroid is suspended) to be injected at once. You can easily inject 1ml or even more into your glutes, but you cannot inject that much oil subcutaneously.
Injecting a large amount of oil subcutaneously would cause a very noticeable bag of oil to hang from your belly, which would not only be visually unappealing (especially if you are lean), but also uncomfortable and potentially painful.
The body needs more time to absorb an AAS when it has been injected subcutaneously than when it has been injected intramuscularly, so it would take a few days for that bag of oil to shrink, only for a new one to be formed with the next injection.
The solution? Injecting smaller amounts of the AAS more frequently and in different parts of your lower belly region.
Forget the half-life of the AAS; Instead of injecting 250mg of any given AAS intramuscularly every 5 days, inject 50mg subcutaneously every day, or 100mg every other day. Always try to stay under 0.5ml per subcutaneous shot.
Another reason why you should inject less gear per shot is that the insulin needles used for subcutaneous injections are very thin (anywhere from 28g to 31g insulin needles with ½ inch length).
This means that the oil you are injecting will have a hard time going through the needle, and you will have to be very patient with the injection. Be ready to pin the needle into your belly fat and wait upwards of 30 seconds for the oil to go through the needle and finally enter your body.
The last thing to consider is that the absorption time for subcutaneously injected gear is slow. This means that the theoretical half-life of the compound no longer applies, because it will take much longer for it to kick in, build up in your system and exert its effects.
I still believe that intramuscular injections are better and more convenient, but there is nothing wrong with getting started with subcutaneous shots to lose the fear of injections, especially if you are only running Testosterone.
