How to double the effectiveness of Trenbolone

Trenbolone is an AAS that requires no introduction. If this is the first time you hear about it, I have no idea how you ended up here…

It is no secret that Tren is extremely anabolic and capable of providing amazing gains in muscle mass, but there is a seldom mentioned property of Trenbolone that can be exploited for even more gains.

In this post, I will explain what that property is and how to take advantage of it to maximize your gains on Trenbolone.

 TRENBOLONE & IGF-1

According to this study, Trenbolone increases the sensitivity of muscle cells to Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1). This peptide hormone plays a role in muscle growth by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of muscle cells.

It also helps to increase protein synthesis and reduce protein breakdown, leading to increased muscle mass. Additionally, IGF-1 can enhance the efficacy of muscle stem cell activation and differentiation, further promoting muscle growth.

Because Trenbolone exerts its own anabolic effects by acting on the androgen receptor to stimulate protein synthesis AND it makes muscle cells more sensitive to IGF-1, we can safely conclude that increasing IGF-1 levels during a Trenbolone cycle can lead to WAY more gains than would be possible with just Trenbolone and normal IGF-1 levels. It may also make it easier for someone to achieve hyperplasia (creation of new muscle cells).

HOW TO INCREASE IGF-1 LEVELS

IGF-1 levels can be increased in many ways, but if we are going to use Trenbolone we might as well employ the most effective and powerful IGF-1-increasing tools.

GH SECRETAGOGUES

The first option is to use GH secretagogues to increase the endogenous production of Growth Hormone, which is necessary for the secretion of IGF-1. These compounds have been shown to cause a supraphysiological increase in IGF-1 levels  in both preclinical and clinical trials, so they are an effective bet.

Compounds like MK-677 and CJC-1295 are the best options because they have long half-lives and produce stable increases in GH and IGF-1 levels.

You can either take MK-677 orally at 10mg a day (w/ 500mg of Berberine before carb-dense meals to keep blood sugar under control, and 100mg Vit B6 – P5P before bed to keep prolactin in check), or inject CJC-1295 w/DAC twice a week at 0.5mg (w/ 500mg of Berberine before carb-dense meals).

It is also important to note that having healthy estradiol levels is key to maximizing IGF-1 secretion, as the liver needs both estradiol and GH to produce IGF-1.

Many bodybuilders tend to crush their estradiol levels during a cycle by abusing AIs, so be mindful of your AI dose and use a healthy amount of Testosterone to provide sufficient estradiol conversion.

ACTUAL HGH

Not happy with secretagogues? You can always use actual Growth Hormone injections to increase your GH and by extension your IGF-1 levels (provided that your estradiol levels are healthy).

You will need to take the same precautions as if you take a GH secretagogue, and you can dose it at 2 to 6iu a day for maximum IGF-1 secretion (within reason!).

IGF-1 LR3

The other, more effective but more expensive option would be to just pin IGF-1 exogenously. IGF-1 LR3 and IGF-1 DES are the most popular options, and I personally prefer the former because it has a much longer half-life and provides a more constant effect.

Pinning 50mcg (0.05mg) a day would be more than enough to see insane results.

SAFETY CONCERNS

While this stack can provide insane gains, it is not safe at all. Trenbolone alone is arguably the most dangerous injectable AAS ever developed, and adding something that can increase IGF-1 significantly isn’t safe either.

IGF-1 has been linked to cancer growth (it won’t cause it, but it will make cancer thrive if it’s there), cardiac hypertrophy and other negative outcomes, so combining it with a brutal weapon like Trenbolone is not for newbies.

I would personally not run a stack like this for more than 4 weeks at a time. And trust me, you will gain an insane amount of lean tissue during those 4 weeks if your training and diet are in check.
